Neuro Patient Care at Home in Delhi healthcare system is in crisis. Across the country, neurosurgeons are being forced out of the operating room, out of business and out of the reach of patients. Many communities no longer have a neurosurgeon and many hospitals can no longer provide around-the-clock neurosurgical coverage. Unfortunately, car accidents, aneurysms, pediatric head and spine injuries, strokes and tumors still happen and injured and sick patients need care immediately. Without a local neurosurgeon, these patients must be sent miles, and sometimes states, away to receive care - delaying treatment and costing lives. The most immediate and pressing problem is the medical liability crisis. Skyrocketing premiums, and the inability to secure insurance at all, is causing neurosurgeons to stop treating brain injured patients, pediatric cases and other "complex" problems; move to states with tort reforms in place; or leave the practice of medicine altogether.

Neurology Services at Home in Delhi of Commonwealth Psychological Services, PLC, and the personal experiences of Audie Gaddis, PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and Neuropsychologist. When diagnosed in 2005 with Parkinson's disease he was advised by colleagues at the National Institutes of Health that medicine alone would not save him. Then made it his mission to find holistic ways to treat the cognitive and movement impairs of Parkinson's disease. His subsequent testing of his own theories led to profound changes in his body and brain. As a result he ran his first marathon in 2021 qualifying him to run the Delhi in 2021.
